Slovakia natural whetstone Rozsutec to hone blade. It is a natural whetstone (coming from Mala Fatra region, Slovakia) and has considerably finer grit (600-800), but is hard (not crumbling), quarried by hand ( a pick-ax, shovel and steel bar) and cut to the final shape with a diamond wheel in a tiny family enterprise in Slovakia.
General recommendation: nicely peened blade likes to be honed first by Rozsutec whetstone, later on as the blade is losing its sharpness use less fine stone and only at the end when even this does not help, try to use syntetic stone (in emergency) but it is still better to rather avoid it and peen your blade.
